The men’s initiative hosts a weekly coffee and breakfast for men to gather for conversation about the individual and the business. Each year an annual men’s conference “Iron Sharpens Iron” is held with speakers and practices focused on positive masculine qualities needed for purposeful entrepreneurship in today’s markets.

Our inaugural men’s conference featured Chuck Schroeder, former Commissioner of Agriculture, first CEO of the National Cattleman’s Beef Association, past CEO of the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in OKC, team roper and artist. He focused his message on the importance of men to not be passive, but to make choices!
