Halle Ramsey
Halle weaves together a unique mix of creative vision and reason. She reminds us of Katherine Ann Watson, the central character of Mona Lisa Smiles, who challenged the confines of conventional wisdom and intentionally inspired those around her to claim authorship of their lives.
As Chief Mindset Development Officer, she teaches, advises, and mentors students to grow their skillset and capacity as entrepreneurs. She ensures Engler builds a strong culture while equipping entrepreneurs in Nebraska to imagine, create, and grow enterprises. With a gift for telling stories through written words, she also serves as our resident copywriter. An author herself, she recently published her debut poetry collection, Letters to God, which was the #1 New Release in Christian poetry on Amazon.
Halle launched a calligraphy and paper goods business, 1624 Creations, while she was a student in the program as a junior in college. After graduating from UNL, she pursued her passion for rural communities as a business specialist at the Center for Rural Affairs where she consulted entrepreneurs from across the state.
Through her intentional listening, she almost magically sees patterns, relationships, and connections between ideas, people, and skills. She’s able to guide others in the process of turning ambiguous visions into actionable steps. Unafraid to take on challenges, she is someone you want on your side when chasing a goal.
With a heart for nature, Halle loves spending time outdoors hiking, hunting, kayaking, or camping when she’s not in her office. If you are looking for a guiding voice that will both challenge and support you or simply want to brainstorm your next camping trip, Halle is the person you need to know.
